I’ve noticed that with TENS units, price doesn’t always guarantee better performance. My mid-range device was affordable yet gave me consistent pain relief and held up well over time. In the middle of my research, I came across tensmachines , which highlighted that higher-priced models often add extra modes or stronger intensity, but those features aren’t always essential for everyday use. Cheaper units can feel flimsy, so I’d avoid the lowest tier. Personally, the mid-range option struck the right balance—worth the money without overspending on extras I rarely use.
